If my car is under warranty at the dealership, can I still bring my car to you for regular maintenance and not lose my warranty?

Absolutely yes. You are protected and have every right to take your car to any auto repair shop for routine maintenance and it will not affect your warranty at the dealership. This is protected by law.

Dealers do not have a monopoly on repairing their products – independent garages have fair access to the same technical information that franchised dealers and car manufacturers cannot require as a warranty condition that service and repair be performed by their own dealers.

If you perform my scheduled services, will my manufacturer or dealer warranty be intact?

Yes, we can do all of your regular maintenance and service, keeping your factor warranty intact. However, the dealer must perform warranty and factory recall work. Only the dealer will perform this work at no cost to you. MCI can do any other work you may need. It makes sense for you to use the dealership when they are paying for the work, or when it is “free” work.
