Absolutely yes. You are protected and have every right to take your car to any auto repair shop for routine maintenance and it will not affect your warranty at the dealership. This is protected by law.

Dealers do not have a monopoly on repairing their products – independent garages have fair access to the same technical information that franchised dealers and car manufacturers cannot require as a warranty condition that service and repair be performed by their own dealers.

Yes, we can do all of your regular maintenance and service, keeping your factor warranty intact. However, the dealer must perform warranty and factory recall work. Only the dealer will perform this work at no cost to you. MCI can do any other work you may need. It makes sense for you to use the dealership when they are paying for the work, or when it is “free” work.

Regular maintenance is important for health and for the system to function efficiently. Up to 15% of the refrigerant gas will be lost each year.

Your brake pads should be replaced when worn. If you do not replace your brake pads on time, it can greatly reduce your stopping power. It puts you and the people around you at risk. It all starts with a rigorous selection of the cars we buy: only 10% of the vehicles analyzed by our car buyers correspond to our standards and are acquired (no accidents on the structure, known origin, traceability of maintenance, etc.)

It is not possible to view or test drive the vehicle before ordering it. Indeed, it is an online purchase. Transporting the vehicle internationally without a purchase commitment is impossible. However, on our networks and our site, we have provided you with as much information as possible about the vehicle to help you make your decision in the best possible conditions.

For our new vehicles, these are the same ones you can find at a dealership. For our used vehicles, each descriptive sheet includes a detailed plan of all the defects outside the scope of normal wear. Each defect is shown in a photo.

DELIVERY WITH MONDIAL CAR ISLAND

Mondial Car Island allows you to receive your vehicle anywhere, at home or at your home port. When you order your car, it is prepared in our preparation plant and then loaded by one of our carriers.

Your vehicle is transported by truck, then unloaded and washed the day before your delivery. Depending on the destinations and times of the year, allow between 7 days and 3 weeks for delivery.

When ordering, your estimated delivery date is communicated to you, and you are informed by email of each progress of your car: finalization of the preparation, mounting on the truck, arrival, final delivery date.

MONDIAL CAR ISLAND allows you to receive your vehicle directly at home, or at the address of your choice (at the office, on vacation …) anywhere in Sint Maarten – Saint Martin, mainland France – DOM-TOM (Corsica excluded) and internationally.

When you choose this option, your vehicle is taken care of by one of our carriers and leaves our storage center and is transported by truck to the agency or relay point closest to your home. Depending on the type of vehicle ordered and the geographic area where you live:

Delivery by a professional transporter: A professional transporter will bring you the vehicle directly to your home, and will take it in hand at your place, along with the delivery slip.

Depending on the destinations and times of the year, allow between 2 and 5 days to be delivered to your home. When ordering, your estimated delivery date is communicated to you, and you are informed by email of each progress of your car: finalization of the preparation, mounting on the truck, final delivery date with estimated delivery time by our carrier partner.
